TREKKING HA GIANG TOUR
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between TREKKING HA GIANG TOUR (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) and you (“the client”, “you”), booking any tour, service, or activity through our website or in person. By booking a tour with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit (usually 30%) is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance is payable in cash or online before or upon arrival.
- Bookings are only confirmed after receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from our team.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the customer:
- More than 15 days before departure: full refund minus bank fees.
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: no refund.
- Cancellation by us:
In rare cases (natural disasters, unsafe weather, or road closures), we may cancel or reschedule. You will be offered:- A full refund, or
- An alternative date/tour of equal value.
3. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions
- Tour inclusions (accommodation, meals, guide, transport, entrance fees, etc.) are specified in each itinerary.
- Exclusions may include personal expenses, travel insurance, drinks, tips, and anything not explicitly stated.
4. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers have valid travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and adventure activities (e.g., motorbiking, trekking).
5. Health & Safety
- It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good physical condition and fit for the tour.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements in advance.
- Helmets must be worn at all times during motorbike tours.
6. Responsibility & Liability
- We are committed to providing safe, enjoyable travel, but cannot be held liable for:
- Delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by natural forces, political unrest, or third parties.
- Accidents occurring due to clients not following the guide’s instructions.
- You agree to follow all local laws and respect local customs during the tour.
7. Changes to Itinerary
- Minor changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns.
- We will do our best to provide an equivalent alternative if any activity or accommodation must be changed.
8. Use of Photos & Content
Unless otherwise requested, we may use photos taken during tours for our website or social media. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform your guide.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first; if unresolved, they may be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.
